Interclub Blandford Race (at Butternut) – Sat Mar 3


We still need some parent volunteers for the Interclub Blandford Race, which is being held at Butternut on Sat, March 3.  Please sign up here


If you originally had registered for the race when it was being held at Blandford, you received a refund.  You MUST register for the race at Butternut on AdminSkiRacing.com.  Registration closes Friday at 12pm.

Members Meeting & Race Club Board Elections

The club will hold a members meeting and election for board members. Prior to the Social on Saturday March 10th,we will have a special membership meeting at 2:45pm to briefly discuss the accomplishments of the Club during this season, the new club by-laws, and hold an election for board members pursuant to the new by-laws.

Anyone who wishes to run for the board of directors may nominate themselves or you may also have someone do so for you. To nominate someone, please email the nomination to butternutrace@gmail.com with the name of the nominee and contact info for the nominee. We will need bios and any campaign statements by March 4th in order to be included in materials circulated to the membership ahead of the meeting on March 10th.

End of Season Fun Race, Social & Fundraiser

Saturday, March 10


During the day we will set up a course to have fun races with racers and parents. Details and timing will be sent as the date approaches.


Right after the members meeting, Join the fellow racers, parents and coaches in the Upper Lodge for the End of Season Social, Raffle & Silent Auction.  Also try on size samples for the new club jacket and place an order to be delivered in November 2018.

Cost is $5 per person

Can’t make it to the event, you can still bid online for silent auction items here: Butternut Race Club Silent Auction 2018. New items added weekly! There is some really great ski gear, Olympic gear, and experiences up for auction. All proceeds go to the club.

Help Get Vendor Donations for Raffle & Silent Auction

Please donate or solicit donations to/for our annual raffle and silent auction being held Saturday, March 10, 2018. All proceeds raised by this event go directly to enriching the children’s ski instruction and racing experiences. This is the biggest fundraiser of the season.  More information on the auction is here. Solicitation and donation form letters can be downloaded from our website here.

New Team Jacket & Hats – Size Samples & Ordering

Ordering & Delivery

These jackets will be ordered in March and delivered in November at Dryland Training. There will no longer be jacket orders in the Fall.  If you want a team jacket for next season, it needs to be ordered now!

You can order from home anytime in the online Butternut Race shop.

Ordering will close on Monday March 12.

Size Samples

Jacket size samples to try on will be available in the Butternut Ski & Board Shop (and you’ll be able to order while there) from:

7:30am – 9am on

  • Sat Mar 3
  • Sun Mar 4
  • Sat Mar 10 (also later in the day during the club social in the upper lodge)
  • Sun Mar 11
