The U.S. Ski and Snowboard
U.S. Ski & Snowboard is an Olympic sports organization providing leadership and direction for tens of thousands of young skiers and snowboarders, encouraging and supporting them in achieving excellence. By empowering national teams, clubs, coaches, parents, officials, volunteers and fans, U.S. Ski & Snowboard is committed to the progression of its sports, athlete success and the value of team. Established in 1905, U.S. Ski & Snowboard receives no direct government support, operating solely through private donations from individuals, corporations and foundations to fund athletic programs to assist athletes in reaching their dreams. The organization is based in Park City, UT.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard Eastern Alpine Region
The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Eastern Region is one of three U.S. Ski & Snowboard regions established under the authority of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Sport Committee (ASC) and is responsible for the regulation of the sport of Alpine Ski Competition within the geographical area of the Eastern United States.  It consists of the eight eastern divisions: Maine Alpine Racing Association – MARA, New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association – NHARA, New Jersey Alpine Racing Association – NJSRA, New York State Racing Association – NYSSRA, Pennsylvania Alpine Racing Association – PARA( DE, D.C. MD, PA), Southern Alpine Racing Association – SARA, Tri-State Racing Association (MA, CT, RI) and Vermont Alpine Racing Association – VARA.

Tri-State Alpine Racing Association
The Tri-State Alpine Ski Racing Association exists to promote organized ski racing programs in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  The organization is affiliated with the U. S. Ski and Snowboard through its Eastern Division.  Activities of the association comply with U.S. Ski and Snowboard’s competition regulations and other provisions of its By-Laws.  The fundamental purpose of the organization is  to provide and encourage others to provide, the physical facilities, financial assistance, coaching and other support necessary to enable Tri-State competitors to achieve their full potential, including competing at the local, regional, national and international level.

Admin Ski Racing is the site to register for both Interclub and Tri-State races.

Professional Ski Instructors Association
The Professional Ski Instructors Association (PSIA) is the most recognized and respected organization in the skiing community. Begun in 1961, today more than half of all paid ski instructors in America belong to the PSIA. Members are easily recognized, not only by their PSIA pin, but also by their dedication to the art of teaching skiers and inspiring a life-long passion for the mountain experience. PSIA members are involved in the instruction of a variety of skiing disciplines, including alpine, nordic, and adaptive instruction. The level of members competency and teaching skill are enhanced by the organizations commitment to standards and continuing education.
