Important Information For All Interclub & Tristate Racers

Race Program Important Informational Meeting
Development, Interclub and Tristate families are invited to attend an important informational session this Saturday January 4th from 3:30-4:30PM.  The meeting will be held upstairs in the upper lodge.  The coaches will provide an overview of the season, distribute the 2013-2014 Alpine Racing Handbook, review racing requirements and schedule, and answer any questions you may have.

Mandatory Racing Membership Requirements
In order to race, all Interclub and Tristate racers must register for two organizations; USSA and Tristate Alpine Ski Racing Association. When you register for USSA, you will get a PDF of a USSA card. You must print this card and bring it to EVERY race. Register at: Register for Tristate at the link below. Yes, even interclub racers need to register. Membership to both organizations is mandatory for racing participation, so please complete the online membership enrollment if you haven’t done so already.

Interclub Meeting Drop Off Place Change
Starting Saturday January 4th, the Interclub drop off will be at the Triple chair at 9 AM & 12:30 PM. Pick up will remain at the pine trees. This change will continue throughout the balance of the season for both morning and after lunch drop offs.

FINAL CHANCE: Order Race Jackets and Fleece Vests

Final orders for the 2013-2014 season can be placed online at using Paypal.  Order deadline is Wednesday, January 8th at 9 PM.

To ensure successful races at Butternut, we rely on our parent volunteers.  Please sign up online here  We need gatekeepers, manual timers, registration help, announcers, etc. so please sign up today.
