Catamount Interclub Race Information – Sunday, February 2nd.

Below is everything you need to know about this Sunday’s Interclub race at Catamount. This was sent to us by their race director. The Catamount Interclub Team welcomes you to our mountain!  Good luck to all racers, and most of all, stay safe and have a fun day!

Race day schedule is as follows:

7:00 am: Race Registration in Taconic Lodge.  Entry fee for each racer is $25, payable in cash only.

8:00 am: Racers board the double GREEN chairlift for course inspection.

8:15 am: Course Inspection.

9:00 am: Start of Race – Racers line up according to bib number, with the girls in each age bracket before the boys.  For example, the U8 girls will race, followed by the U8 boys, etc.

LUNCH: at completion of first run

The second run will begin 1 hour after the finish of the first run. Course Reset will be at the discretion of the race director. If there is a reset, course inspection will take place 30 minutes before start of second run.

Coaches meeting will take place immediately after the finish of the 2nd run.

Awards will take place in the Taconic Lodge after the coaches meeting.
