Your Feedback: Pre-Season Survey
Thanks for your participation in our pre-season race survey. We had input from 74 of you, representing over a 20% participation rate. Thank you!
Here’s what you liked:
1) Overall satisfaction with the race program at Butternut was rated 8.72 out of 10 and nearly 90% of you are either very satisfied or satisfied with our race programs.
2) All 3 programs (Development, Interclub and Tristate) were highly rated, with Interclub scoring the highest at 94.4% either very satisfied or satisfied. Tristate scored 80% and 72% for Development.
3) The race program emails are informative and appreciated.

2) You told us we need to have improved early season information meetings with coaches and better posts on Facebook.
3) 95% of you are interested in selling used ski equipment and as a result, we’re happy to announce a new “Classified” section on our race website. You can now post items to sell by uploading a photo, short description and email address. Click here to check it out. http://butternutrace.com/
4) You have asked for more planning from our Race Club leadership. We plan to begin to address this by sharing with you our plans to improve the program in the beginning of the season. Our 2015-2016 plan will focus in 3 main areas:
- Racer skill improvement
- Race program efficiency
- Improving services to our parent community

5) While 73% of you are satisfied with our socials, many asked for some improvement. Paula Scully has volunteered to lead our social and raffle committee and we are looking forward to some new, exciting changes. Social dates will be announced and posted online shortly.
