Interclub Race – Call for Additional Volunteers

We are still in need of more volunteers for Interclub race on Sunday Jan 21.  Almost 50 volunteers are needed to run this race.  If you have children in the program you should plan on working a shift.  No experience necessary. Sign up here.

USSA Membership for Interclub

  • Every Interclub athlete must have an active USSA membership.  Please renew or sign up here: http://my.ussa.org/
  • Athletes should be registered as alpine competitors
  • Region: Eastern
  • Club: Butternut Ski Club

Interclub Race Registration

  • Pre-registration for the race is required!  No day of registration will be allowed.
  • After you have USSA #, sign up for the race at Admin Ski Racing – www.adminskiracing.com
  • Either login or create a login
  • Go to race sign up
  • Division/Region: Tristate Eastern
  • Scroll down to Butternut
  • Select: Butternut Interclub GS & Skills Quest Festival
  • The Butternut race on January 21 should show a discount of $30, for a net of $0, since it is our home race.  (Please note: there is a cost for the Interclub races at other mountains.)

1st Club Social – Chili Feast

The first social of the 2017-18 season will be held on Saturday January 20 from 3:30-5:30pm in the back room (across from the restrooms) in the Upper Lodge.  Chili feast with both meat and veggie options along with all the fixings. RSVP here.

You can also donate food so that 100% of the proceeds can be used by the club for future projects.  To donate food, sign up here.

Club Merchandise

All merchandise is available for order on the Club’s website.

Jackets: We have some jackets remaining and will extend the deadline until January 22nd.  Available for pick up in the ski shop in early February.

Hats: Butternut Race Club Swix ski hats available for sale on the website and will also be available at the social.

Sunday

U16: GS race at Berkshire East. (7:30 AM)

INTERCLUB

Saturday

  • 9 – 11 Meeting Place: Base of Main Street; Focus: GS on Lower Freewheeler until 11:00
  • 12:30 – 2:30 Meeting Place: Base of Main Street; Focus: Pole Jumpers….One ski skiing….Hockey Stop

Sunday

  • 9 – 11 Meeting Place: Base of Main Street; Focus: GS on Lower Freewheeler until 11:00
